WHAT’S INCLUDED?

PERSONALIZED WORKOUTS:
Your trainer will assess your fitness levels, any physical restrictions, goals, and all aspects of your lifestyle to create workouts to suite you, both during and after your sessions.

INBODY SCANS:
As a personal training client, you will receive one free InBody Scan per month to help keep track of your progress, as well as to help make adjustments in your program if needed.

NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE:
Although most personal trainers cannot give you dietary advice (unless certified), we can give you nutritional guidance and how to use food as fuel for your body and workouts.

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING:
When you work with a personal trainer, you will get one-on-one workouts with guidance on form and the difference ways to train, depending on your goals. Each session, the trainer will be completely focused on your workout and goals.

I fell in love with muscle building and body building after having my son 7 years ago. My favorite part about personal training is helping others achieve their full fitness potential, building healthy habits you can stick with an be proud of, and helping others feel strong, confident.

What I love most about training is helping my clients hit their fitness goals and gain confidence along the way. I specialize in strength training and am all about making fitness a daily priority.

I’m originally from Atlanta Georgia. I moved to Birmingham during the height of Covid to help take care of family. I started my health and fitness journey over 10 years ago and I haven’t looked back since! I started with body building and have also built experience with strength training for athletes, correctional exercise, hybrid training, functional training, and martial arts training! I excel in utilizing my NASM certifications for your benefit. I personally have lost over 100lbs in my own weight loss journey. I have worked with people as young as 12 years old to as young as 80 years old and I’m pretty confident I can work with you, too! Feel free to ask me about anyone I’ve worked with, I love praising their success! I am an animal guy, I love all animals. I enjoy anime, comics, video games, and any kind of table top games.

Hey there! I’m Jonathan, a NASM-certified personal trainer with a passion for helping people crush their fitness goals while keeping things fun and relatable. My fitness journey is personal—I’ve lost 120 lbs and turned my life around, proving that with hard work, dedication, and the right mindset, anything is possible. Whether it’s building strength, improving mobility, or finding the joy in movement, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me jamming out on my guitar or curating playlists because music is life. Fun fact: I’m a huge fan of Ninja turtles , Harry Potter, Scary movies and believe a good beat can fuel even the toughest workout. I’m also the proud parent of five incredible kids (yes, life is busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way!).

My hometown is Homewood, AL. What I love about personal training is I get to be one-on-one with the person and can learn so much about them, not only a fitness level, but on a true personal level. I also get to watch them grow in their journeys that they have started. My training specialties are with athletes. I used to work with Samford University, with their football program. I have helped those of all ages and demographics, but athletes are my most knowledgeable population.

Fun fact about me is I used to live in Alaska. My dad was in the military so I have lived in 8 different states and Alaska was one of them!

I’m ACE certified as both a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. After college, I developed a strong passion for fitness and began competing in the NPC as a Bikini competitor. As a nationally qualified competitor, I also provide guidance on posing techniques and stage routines. I specialize in helping clients achieve their fitness goals with tailored workout programs, motivation, and a commitment to lasting results. I take pride in creating a motivating and supportive environment where clients can challenge themselves, build confidence, and feel empowered every step of the way.

I specialize primarily in bodybuilding style training. Helping clients lose body fat percentage while increasing muscle mass percentage. My favorite thing is seeing my clients progress and hit their goals inside and outside of the gym.

I’ve been a POUND group fitness instructor here at 24e Huntsville for over 6 years and I’m a NASM PT certified coach for our Premium Logic class. I also have a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Chemistry which allows me to merge science and wellness together for my clients. I’m from Fairfield AL and hold NASM Certifications in Personal Training,  Neuromuscular Strecthing,  Bodybuilding (through hypertrophy), also a certified nautilus and HIIT instructor.  I bring 20 years of experience through education and applied techniques.  My favorite part of Personal Training is bringing that knowledge to my clients through communication and encouragement.  Being consitent and having short term achievable goals is the keys to fitness success in my opinion.

My training experience ranges from clients wanting to improve their performance in simple daily activities to sports-specific activities and disciplines including nutrition, stress management, power, speed, strength, mobility/flexibility, balance/stability etc…. All necessities in order to not only lengthen life longevity but teach the necessities to live life well.

What’s up! My name is Caden Hearn and I am a 20 year old college student and personal trainer. I graduated locally from Grissom High School and then from Snead State Community College. I currently attend Athens State University for a degree in business with a minor in marketing. I have had a love for health and fitness that started as a kid playing sports and just grew throughout my childhood and young adulthood. I came to love 24e as a member in 2020. The people, community, and atmosphere led me to pursue a job in personal training at 24e and I couldn’t be happier to be here.

I am 41 years old and a native of the Birmingham area, currently in Mount Olive, Alabama. After spending many years as a licensed nurse and stay at home mom, I decided to pursue my passion for fitness and helping others and became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer in July of 2022. As someone who has struggled to maintain a healthy weight for much of my life, I understand how much hard work and dedication it takes to commit to an exercise program and transform your body.  I began strength training in 2016, and for me it quickly changed my life both physically and mentally. I like to focus on strength building fitness with good form while continually varying the exercises we use to target each muscle group.

Fun facts about me: I am a licensed nurse and worked in the medical field for 12 years. I am married with two children. I love to sing and am on the worship team at my local church. I love travel and the outdoors and recently traveled to multiple national parks.

I graduated from The University of Alabama at Birmingham with a bachelor’s of science in Kinesiology and a concentration in Exercise Bioenergetics.

Throughout my life, I have been very active. From riding horses, playing with friends, or simply going on a walk with my family I enjoyed and still enjoy doing things that get my body moving and make me feel good inside and out.

When I was 15, my parents were generous enough to find me a personal trainer so that I could improve my fitness needs for horse riding and competitions. During this time I began to fall in love with exercise and how much it improved my physical health as well as my psychological health.

After my running career ended I started lifting weights and went from 120 pounds to 190 pounds in 2 years and became a 2 time Alabama state runner up in powerlifting. I got into fitness when I was just out of college, but really cultivated my interest in training when I got back into it after having my two children. After learning the benefits of weight training and staying fit, I began to want to share my experience and knowledge with anyone who was interested. I am now a NASM certified personal trainer, as well as certified in Percussive Therapy (massage gun). I specialize in beginners, seniors and working around limitations, as well as HIIT and bootcamp-style workouts.
