  • Full Body Bar

    Full Body Barre blends low-impact strength training, Pilates-inspired movement, and ballet-based exercises to tone and strengthen the entire body. Using high reps, controlled movements, and core-focused work, this class improves posture, balance, flexibility, and muscular endurance. Expect a challenging yet joint-friendly workout that leaves you feeling stronger, leaner, and energized.

  • Power Cycle

    Power Cycle is a high-energy indoor cycling class designed to build endurance, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. Ride through intervals, hills, sprints, and power pushes set to motivating music while controlling your own resistance and intensity. This low-impact, calorie-burning workout is perfect for all fitness levels and will leave you feeling strong, challenged, and energized.

  • Total Body Conditioning

    A class focused on Total body conditioning through endurance training. Mid to high volume reps per movement, while doing total body conditioning mixed in with isolation movements for each body part. Each movement is explained and observed to make sure correct form is being used by a certified personal trainer.

  • Stretch & Recovery

    Recover, recharge, and restore your body in this guided mobility and recovery class. Using deep stretching, gentle movement, and focused breathing techniques, you’ll improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, increase mobility, and support overall recovery from workouts and daily stress. Perfect for all fitness levels and a great addition to any training routine.

  • Barre 360

    Barre 360 is a ballet inspired workout that combines low intensity moves with high intensity cardio. Focus is on using the entire body divided into 4 quadrants (abs, arms, legs, and glutes). Traditional ballet poses are taught in conjunction with Pilates style movements to strengthen, enhance flexibility, and improve balance. No prior dance knowledge is required.

  • Walking For Wellness

    Walking for wellness is a low-impact, all-levels class designed to build endurance, improve cardiovascular health, and support overall well-being. Participants meet at the track for a structured walking session that focuses on consistent pacing, proper posture, and gradual endurance progression. This class is ideal for anyone looking to increase daily movement, enhance stamina, and enjoy the benefits of walking in a supportive, welcoming environment. Suitable for beginners and experienced walkers alike.

    This class is 45 minutes of cardio fun, with choreographic sets that combine aerobics and dance movements. You’ll kick, punch, squat, hop, twist and slide to upbeat, fun-paced music, hitting all major muscle groups.

    A 45-minute full-body functional circuit scientifically designed for strength and cardio conditioning. Give it your all with a community that has your back, music that motivates you, and expert coaches to push you to your max.

    Traditional Pilates meets the Les Mills experience, leaving you feeling strong, uplifted, and calm. Magical choreography, hypnotic music, and the latest exercise science. A 45-minute mind-body workout designed to improve strength, mobility and happiness.

  • Les Mills Functional Strength

    A unique approach to strength training that builds power and athleticism in a fun, balanced, don’t think just do it kinda way. This series of full-body workouts mixes multi-joint movements and loaded exercises to build athletic strength, increase muscle tone, and push you to get fitter and stronger for everyday life. The creative movement and structure mean that at the same time as building muscle, you lift your heart rate and improve athleticism and power. This is strength training like never before.

  • Les Mills Dance

    This is a 45-minute, high-energy cardio workout featuring authentic dance styles and progressive global music. Designed to be inclusive for all skill levels, it helps build coordination and endurance through 10 standalone tracks, each offering fresh, easy-to-follow choreography and three cardio peaks.

  • Les Mills Shapes

    This is the workout you never knew you needed. An invigorating blend of Pilates, sculpt, and power yoga set to modern beats. With small, controlled movements, you sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment and increase flexibility. It’s a low impact but intense way to heat up your training.

  • Aqua

    Designed for Silver Sneakers, but appropriate for any age, this class is a one hour blast of a cardio, strengthening and a balance segments, using the resistance of water. It’s a “boot camp“ style class, set to fun energizing music.

  • Glutes, Core & More!

    A low impact, fast paced class that focuses on the Abdominal, Glutes and Leg exercises. This is a great class to add on if you’re trying to tone up in those areas.

  • Line Dance

    This is a 50 minute class where participants can burn up to 500 calories. Participants see improvement in overall muscle endurance, fat loss, weight management, improved core strength, balance and memory. This class can be modified for all ages and levels of ability.

  • Raisedbarre

    Raisedbarre is not your typical barre class. It is a high energy, no impact class built on pilates based fundamental movements. It is set to the current hit music that you love presented in the 32 count format which is common to step aerobics classes. The result is an intense, high energy class that safely and effectively targets the core musculature. Expect improved posture, increased functional strength, and a slimming and tightening of the waistline.

  • Pound

    Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

  • Yoga

    A calming, full-body practice that blends mindful movement, breath, and gentle stretching to build strength, flexibility, and balance—leaving you relaxed, refreshed, and centered.

  • Rev & Flow

    This dynamic workout is easy on your joints without compromising the intensity of your workout. It will strengthen your body and sculpt muscles through targeted, music-based movements and resistance training.   • Zumba

    This class is a fun, high-energy aerobic program inspired by various styles of Latin American dance, incorporating choreography that is composed by using all or some of sixteen core steps from four basic rhythms: Salsa, Reggaeton, Merengue, and Cumbia.

  • Aqua Zumba

    This is a 45 min workout that combines traditional aquatic exercises with Zumba music. The result? A non-stop low- impact cardio workout with moves that focus on the muscles of the core combined with muscle strengthening exercises that work both the upper and lower body for a fun, total- body experience. Given the low-impact nature of the class, Aqua Zumba is suitable for all ages. However, low impact doesn’t mean low intensity. Get a great workout due to the buoyancy and viscosity of the water, which makes performing moves more challenging even as the impact forces on your joints are significantly reduced. Cardio.   • Bootcamp/HIIT

    A one hour workout of high intensity interval training mixed with cardio, body weight/strength training movements and functional fitness exercises, BootCamp style. This class is a high calorie burning workout designed to push you to your max that is fun and motivating to really get you moving.

  • Silver Sneakers Classic

    This fun class focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.

  • Freestyle Cycle

    An exhilarating 45 min Freestyle cycle class that will get your heart pumping & your legs burning. It is a great cardiovascular endurance ride that challenges your speeds & climbing skills. This is for all fitness levels. Come ready to work & sweat!

  • Silver Sneakers

    This senior class is fun for everyone! It has a cardio segment to increase heart rate, strengthening segment for upper and lower extremities as well as abdominal strengthening and a segment that focuses on balance and coordination.

  • Schwinn

    The classes consist of three major stages of work.including powerful climbs, hard hitting flats, energizing recoveries, and sweat inducing breathless intervals. These classes focus on all the major lower body muscles- the glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps, shins, and calves.

  • Les Mills BODYATTACK

    BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts, by combining athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Your instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

  • Les Mills BODYBALANCE

    This class is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.

  • Les Mills BODYPUMP

    This class is the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout a burn up lots of calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!     COMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness! No experience needed.
