InBody’s medical-grade body composition analyzers use four pillars of technology to provide accurate, precise direct segmental measurement multi-frequency bioelectrical impedance analysis. Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) is a method for measuring body composition, including muscle mass, body fat, and total body water.

Our affordable 24-hour gym and fitness center considers the whole family. Our Kid Zone is among our programs and amenities, where your little ones can chill out. This zone is a supervised area for infants to be taken care of, toddlers to burn some energy, and tweens to tackle homework or enjoy a variety of fun games and activities. This service is an additional charge. Available at select locations.

Whether you need extra motivation, education, or accountability, our trainers will work with you on developing customized nutrition, cardiovascular, and resistance training programs based on your personal fitness level.
