Premium Coaches are the backbone of the 24e Premium Program. This program includes our 24x, Logic and Master Swim classes, available at select locations. These classes are for those seeking advanced challenges outside of traditional group fitness classes. Premium is a program of physical strength, endurance and enhancement that is guided by a coach, much like a personal trainer, but in a group setting.

Our Premium Coaches are:

• Certified Personal Trainers and/or have a degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology
• People who enjoy exercise, fitness and nutrition, with the ability to guide others in these areas.
• Blessed with an upbeat personality along with the ability to motivate and encourage others
• Able to understand all fitness terminology and can explain/demonstrate basic movements and exercises
• Dependable and have a means of transportation
• Team players and willing to step up whenever needed
