FORM – A Postpartum Fitness & Recovery Program
(Note: This program is currently available exclusively at our Pelham location. Additional locations will be added in the near future.)
Pregnancy changes your body in many ways, and many women face challenges when it comes to returning to their pre-baby strength, fitness, and confidence. With our new postpartum program, FORM, our goal is to provide structured, safe, and results-driven support for women transitioning back into fitness after pregnancy while addressing the unique physical and lifestyle challenges they face.
Programming
FORM is conducted in a semi-private training environment, allowing participants to connect with other mothers who may be experiencing similar challenges. The program is led by our all-female training staff and focuses on:
• Pelvic floor strengthening exercises
• Core restoration and strengthening
• Diastasis recti correction and rehabilitation
This is not a HIIT class or bootcamp-style workout. FORM is designed for recovery, rebalance, and restructuring, helping mothers rebuild strength both physically and mentally in a supportive and encouraging environment.
