IN-BODY SCANS

InBody’s medical-grade body composition analyzers use four pillars of technology to provide accurate, precise direct segmental measurement multi-frequency bioelectrical impedance analysis. Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) is a method for measuring body composition, including muscle mass, body fat, and total body water.

GROUP FITNESS

We have a very wide variety of group fitness classes that include everything from yoga and spin, to step and strength training. We are partnered with Les Mills to give you a full range of professional group fitness classes with highly qualified and certified instructors. Class schedules and options vary with each location.

TANNING

Get that summer glow year round with our state-of-the-art tanning beds. This service is an additional cost. Available only at the Huntsville, Gardendale, Trussville and Downtown locations.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Whether you need extra motivation, education, or accountability, our trainers will work with you on developing customized nutrition, cardiovascular, and resistance training programs based on your personal fitness level. Not only will you begin to see results faster, but you will also achieve them in the safest, most effective way possible. This service is an additional cost.

Meet Your Trainers

24e PREMIUM

Our Premium Membership includes small group training and swim coaching classes (swim classes available at the Pelham location only). These are enhanced classes with certified coaches to help you take your fitness, strength, agility and speed to the next level. This membership includes everything that a regular membership offers, plus small group training, monthly InBody Scan, nutritional guide, child care, tanning, towel service, and discounts on smoothies and merchandise.

LOCKER SERVICE

Keep your belongings at the gym so you don’t have to carry them with you all the time! Personalized name plates available with service. This service is an additional charge. Available at select locations.

TOWEL SERVICE

Towel service includes small sweat towels, as well as large bath towels. This service is an additional cost. Available at select locations.

24-HOUR ACCESS

Doors are open during staff hours. After-staff hours, access can be obtained by scanning your barcode at the door scanner.

WiFi ACCESS

All locations have free Wifi to stay connected and for all your streaming needs while working out.

STEAM ROOM

Relax after a hard workout in our steam rooms, located in the locker rooms.

PARKING VALIDATION

This amenity is available at the Downtown Executive Club only. Park in the Harbert Building Parking deck and we will validate your ticket for up to 90 minutes.

LAUNDRY SERVICE

Need your workout clothes washed after your workout? Leave them with us at the front desk, or if you have locker service, just let us know, and we will get them washed, dried, folded and back to you the next day. *additional charge may apply*
