IN-BODY SCANS

InBody’s medical-grade body composition analyzers use four pillars of technology to provide accurate, precise direct segmental measurement multi-frequency bioelectrical impedance analysis. Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) is a method for measuring body composition, including muscle mass, body fat, and total body water.

GROUP FITNESS

We have a very wide variety of group fitness classes that include everything from yoga and spin, to step and strength training. We are partnered with Les Mills to give you a full range of professional group fitness classes with highly qualified and certified instructors. Class schedules and options vary with each location.

CHILD CARE

Our affordable 24-hour gym and fitness center considers the whole family. Our Kid Zone is among our programs and amenities, where your little ones can chill out. This zone is a supervised area for infants to be taken care of, toddlers to burn some energy, and tweens to tackle homework or enjoy a variety of fun games and activities. This service is an additional charge. Available at select locations.

TANNING

Get that summer glow year round with our state-of-the-art tanning beds. This service is an additional cost. Available only at the Huntsville, Gardendale, Trussville and Downtown locations.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Whether you need extra motivation, education, or accountability, our trainers will work with you on developing customized nutrition, cardiovascular, and resistance training programs based on your personal fitness level. Not only will you begin to see results faster, but you will also achieve them in the safest, most effective way possible. This service is an additional cost.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Our circuit training areas provide a full body workout option in one confined area, complete with free weights, cable machines, and cardio equipment.

24-HOUR ACCESS

Doors are open during staff hours. After-staff hours, access can be obtained by scanning your barcode at the door scanner.

WiFi ACCESS

All locations have free Wifi to stay connected and for all your streaming needs while working out.

SMOOTHIE BAR

Nothing beats a smoothie after a good workout. Our smoothies are healthy, wholesome and delicious with a wide variety of flavors, as well as supplemental add-ons, such as creatine and energy boosters, as well as your choice of proteins, from vegan to whey. Available at the Pelham and Trussville locations only.

24e PREMIUM

Our Premium Classes include 24x, Logic and Swim Coaching classes. These are advanced classes with certified coaches to help you take your fitness, strength, agility and speed to the next level. These classes are an additional charge. Available at select locations.

LOCKER SERVICE

Keep your belongings at the gym so you don’t have to carry them with you all the time! Personalized name plates available with service. This service is an additional charge. Available at select locations.

TOWEL SERVICE

Towel service includes small sweat towels, as well as large bath towels. This service is an additional cost. Available at select locations.
