InBody’s medical-grade body composition analyzers use four pillars of technology to provide accurate, precise direct segmental measurement multi-frequency bioelectrical impedance analysis. Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) is a method for measuring body composition, including muscle mass, body fat, and total body water.
We have a very wide variety of group fitness classes that include everything from yoga and spin, to step and strength training. We are partnered with Les Mills to give you a full range of professional group fitness classes with highly qualified and certified instructors. Class schedules and options vary with each location.
Get that summer glow year round with our state-of-the-art tanning beds. This service is an additional cost. Available only at the Huntsville, Gardendale, Trussville and Downtown locations.
Whether you need extra motivation, education, or accountability, our trainers will work with you on developing customized nutrition, cardiovascular, and resistance training programs based on your personal fitness level. Not only will you begin to see results faster, but you will also achieve them in the safest, most effective way possible. This service is an additional cost.
