WHAT’S INCLUDED?

PERSONALIZED WORKOUTS:
Your trainer will assess your fitness levels, any physical restrictions, goals, and all aspects of your lifestyle to create workouts to suite you, both during and after your sessions.

INBODY SCANS:
As a personal training client, you will receive one free InBody Scan per month to help keep track of your progress, as well as to help make adjustments in your program if needed.

NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE:
Although most personal trainers cannot give you dietary advice (unless certified), we can give you nutritional guidance and how to use food as fuel for your body and workouts.

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING:
When you work with a personal trainer, you will get one-on-one workouts with guidance on form and the difference ways to train, depending on your goals. Each session, the trainer will be completely focused on your workout and goals.

I became a trainer so that I could turn my passion of living a healthy, active lifestyle into something I get to do as a career. I try to encourage my clients to enjoy the process! You’ve taken the first step towards the changes you want, now hold yourself to it and have fun! Living a more active lifestyle opens up so many new channels of life. So explore, discover, and stay moving!

Fun Fact: I do a ton of creative writing, and am currently finishing up my first book!

James Burrowbridge

I am a dedicated NASM-certified personal trainer with additional certifications in Blood Flow Restriction Training, Corrective Exercise, and Nutrition. My fitness journey began with bodybuilding and quickly expanded into powerlifting, hybrid training, functional training, athletic training, correctional training, and MMA. Having personally undergone my own weight loss transformation, I understand the challenges firsthand and use that experience to relate to and guide my clients. With expertise in both training and nutrition, I am committed to helping individuals of all backgrounds achieve their fitness goals through personalized programs and evidence-based strategies.

As I learned more about exercise science throughout my studying at the University of South Alabama, and the many facets of health and wellness, I knew I wanted to share this knowledge with others. Becoming a personal trainer has allowed me to turn my passion for fitness into a fulfilling career. I love being able to apply my expertise to create customized training programs based on each client’s unique goals, needs, and abilities. I’m from Leeds, Alabama. I have been a certified personal trainer for over 15 years with a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science from Auburn University and am a Certified Strength and conditioning specialist. I’m also a masters-level nutrition coach. I’ve worked wit all types of clients from beginners to athletes and MMA! The science and the process are what I enjoy most.

Fun facts: In my spare time I enjoy sports and martial arts (college football!), reading, movies, and my cats!

I am from Trussville, Alabama!

I graduated from The University of Alabama at Birmingham with a bachelor’s of science in Kinesiology and a concentration in Exercise Bioenergetics.

Throughout my life, I have been very active. From riding horses, playing with friends, or simply going on a walk with my family I enjoyed and still enjoy doing things that get my body moving and make me feel good inside and out.

When I was 15, my parents were generous enough to find me a personal trainer so that I could improve my fitness needs for horse riding and competitions. During this time I began to fall in love with exercise and how much it improved my physical health as well as my psychological health.

My goal for every single one of my clients is to help them achieve their goals while also falling in love with exercise and the gift of being able to move their bodies.

I’m from Fairfield AL and hold NASM Certifications in Personal Training,  Neuromuscular Strecthing,  Bodybuilding (through hypertrophy), also a certified nautilus and HIIT instructor.  I bring 20 years of experience through education and applied techniques.  My favorite part of Personal Training is bringing that knowledge to my clients through communication and encouragement.  Being consitent and having short term achievable goals is the keys to fitness success in my opinion.

I’m from North Carolina but grew up in Maryland. I’m Mother of 3. I graduated from massage school and I’m currently in school for a AS nursing degree. I plan to combine my nursing degree with my personal training certification and make a great career out of them both.

Fun Fact: I love dogs; I’ve got two. On the weekends, if I’m not working, I’m doing fun stuff with the kids.

I’m from Blountsville, Alabama. I received a degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Southeast Missouri State University. I am certified by ISSA and I’m currently working on my CSCS. My fitness journey started from running track and field/cross country in high school where I eventually ran at the collegiate level. After my running career ended I started lifting weights and went from 120 pounds to 190 pounds in 2 years and became a 2 time Alabama state runner up in powerlifting. Fitness has been a big part of my life and has allowed me to become a more confident and better version of myself. I got into personal training to help others do the same.

I am originally from Pace, Florida and am NASM certified. I have always enjoyed lifting as long as I can remember. I got Certified and trained while in college. After getting married and having 2 kids, I woke up 315 lbs, and that ignited the fire in me to get back in shape and help others get back on track. I can help you no matter what level of fitness you are at. And if you are just getting started, do it! The heaviest weight in the gym is the front door!

Fun Fact: I’m a Competitive Bodybuilder and won my age division in my first show, and my son plays professional baseball.

I am a So-Cal native with a passion for helping others. I’ve been a Labor & Delivery RN since 2018, supporting women through one of life’s biggest moments. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I love guiding clients to discover their hidden strength and confidence. I specializes in women’s fitness—whether pre-baby, pregnant, postpartum, or beyond—while also coaching men and women in nutrition and physique goals.

I wanted to become a personal trainer because I enjoy seeing the difference that movement and strength can make in someone’s life. What I love most about being a trainer is helping people see what they’re really capable of and watching them get stronger, gaining confidence, and surprising themselves.

My advice to beginners is to start simple and stay consistent. Progress takes time, so be patient with yourself. Consistency is key.

I am 41 years old and a native of the Birmingham area, currently in Mount Olive, Alabama. After spending many years as a licensed nurse and stay at home mom, I decided to pursue my passion for fitness and helping others and became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer in July of 2022. As someone who has struggled to maintain a healthy weight for much of my life, I understand how much hard work and dedication it takes to commit to an exercise program and transform your body.  I began strength training in 2016, and for me it quickly changed my life both physically and mentally. I like to focus on strength building fitness with good form while continually varying the exercises we use to target each muscle group.

Fun facts about me: I am a licensed nurse and worked in the medical field for 12 years. I am married with two children. I love to sing and am on the worship team at my local church. I love travel and the outdoors and recently traveled to multiple national parks.
