We are partnered with Les Mills to give you a full range of professional group fitness classes with highly qualified and certified instructors. Class schedules and options vary with each location.

Get that summer glow year round with our state-of-the-art tanning beds. This service is an additional cost. Available only at the Huntsville, Gardendale, Trussville and Downtown locations.

Whether you need extra motivation, education, or accountability, our trainers will work with you on developing customized nutrition, cardiovascular, and resistance training programs based on your personal fitness level. RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn tons of calories.
