WHAT’S INCLUDED?

PERSONALIZED WORKOUTS:
Your trainer will assess your fitness levels, any physical restrictions, goals, and all aspects of your lifestyle to create workouts to suite you, both during and after your sessions.

INBODY SCANS:
As a personal training client, you will receive one free InBody Scan per month to help keep track of your progress, as well as to help make adjustments in your program if needed.

NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE:
Although most personal trainers cannot give you dietary advice (unless certified), we can give you nutritional guidance and how to use food as fuel for your body and workouts.

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING:
When you work with a personal trainer, you will get one-on-one workouts with guidance on form and the difference ways to train, depending on your goals. Each session, the trainer will be completely focused on your workout and goals.

Fun Fact: I love to cook! I can cook all kinds of things but one of my specialties is enchiladas. I also love nature, hiking and being outdoors whenever I can.

Lindsey Pierce

I am 41 years old and a native of the Birmingham area, currently in Mount Olive, Alabama. After spending many years as a licensed nurse and stay at home mom, I decided to pursue my passion for fitness and helping others and became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer in July of 2022. As someone who has struggled to maintain a healthy weight for much of my life, I understand how much hard work and dedication it takes to commit to an exercise program and transform your body.  I began strength training in 2016, and for me it quickly changed my life both physically and mentally. I like to focus on strength building fitness with good form while continually varying the exercises we use to target each muscle group.

Fun facts about me: I am a licensed nurse and worked in the medical field for 12 years. I am married with two children. I love to sing and am on the worship team at my local church. I love travel and the outdoors and recently traveled to multiple national parks.

Jay Wilkins

My hometown is Calera, Alabama. What I love most about training is helping people reach their goals. My training specialty is bodybuilding. Fun facts: I’ve traveled all over the world, love to ski and snowboard, and worked as a ranch hand catching wild cattle in New Mexico.

I love witnessing clients grow in confidence and belief in their own abilities to reach their physical, mental, and spiritual fitness goals, one realistic lifestyle change at a time. I specialize in any population, ages ranging from 9 years old to 80 years old.

My training experience ranges from clients wanting to improve their performance in simple daily activities to sports-specific activities and disciplines including nutrition, stress management, power, speed, strength, mobility/flexibility, balance/stability etc…. All necessities in order to not only lengthen life longevity but teach the necessities to live life well.

My fitness journey started from running track and field/cross country in high school where I eventually ran at the collegiate level. After my running career ended I started lifting weights and went from 120 pounds to 190 pounds in 2 years and became a 2 time Alabama state runner up in powerlifting. Fitness has been a big part of my life and has allowed me to become a more confident and better version of myself. I got into personal training to help others do the same.

I am from Dora, AL and certified through NASM. I love Personal Training because I can help change someone’s life and give them a better quality of life. I once struggled with addiction for 10 years plus and working out was my release. I consider this my rehab. I see people come in daily wanting change but need direction on how to get the desired results. Then when they see some results , its priceless!!! My training specialties are strength training, power lifting, HIT and endurance training.

I grew up in Thomson, Georgia, a little town not far from Augusta. I got into fitness when I was just out of college, but really cultivated my interest in training when I got back into it after having my two children. After learning the benefits of weight training and staying fit, I began to want to share my experience and knowledge with anyone who was interested. I am now a NASM certified personal trainer, as well as certified in Percussive Therapy (massage gun). I specialize in beginners, seniors and working around limitations, as well as HIIT and bootcamp-style workouts.

To symbolize my Latin roots and my fight again Hashimoto’s Disease, I have a Latin tattoo inscribed down the back of my left arm which reads “Nulla tenaci invia est via” which means “No road is impassible for the tenacious”
